I have been a hairstylist for 8 1/2 years and have loved every minute of it! I enjoyed it so much that I knew I wanted to take it to the next step which would be owning my own salon. In my eight and a half years I have completed many advanced education training courses in hair color/highlighting techniques, waxing, men's cuts and have also learned several modern and trendy ways of cutting women's hair! I openly welcome anyone who wants to come in for a free consultation of how I can give them a great new look!

Dee Hobbs is a second generation stylist with over 10 years of experience. In addition to the hands on training she received from her mother she was also professionally trained at the Virginia Farrell Beauty School. Dee specializes in African American hair, up-do’s, extensions, eyelashes, waxing, pedicures and manicures.

After receiving her training from the Douglas J. Aveda Institute in Ann Arbor and 3 years of experience Sara has made the move to the Shear Env family, where she feels fortunate to work along the other skilled stylists. She loves making her guests feel good about themselves, and also loves the creative aspect of her career. She prides herself on giving her guests a trendy cut and style that they can maintain at home. In addition to her education from Douglas J., Sara has also attended classes in styling, trend cuts, coloring and highlighting techniques.
